Documents Required

  • Demand Letter

    Addressing to NHR from the employment mentioning number of workers and required categories with salary scale duty hours and other benefits, duty authenticated/ attested by respective authorities ( Chamber of Commerce, Ministry of Foreign Affairs etc.)

  • Power of Attorney

    Proving power/ authority to NHR to result manpower from Nepal and duty authenticated/ attested by respective authorities ( Chamber of Commerce, Ministry of Foreign Affairs etc. )

  • Employment Contract

    Served contract mentioning wages and benefits between employer and the employee

  • Agency Agreement

    Commercial contract between the employer and NHR, signed and stamped by both parties

  • A Letter of Guarantee

    It’s for the Worker by the Employer is an official document issued by an employer to confirm their responsibility and commitment toward a worker.

  • Chamber of Commerce

    Customs authorities and the issuing chambers can authenticate the CO by entering a unique CO number and the chamber’s accreditation code.

  • Nepal Embassy Attestation

    The Embassy may attest documents issued in Nepal or Foreign countries provided they have been attested/legalized – with some exceptions – from the authorities

  • Letter to the Labour

    Department in Nepal The Company should address the Labour Department regarding the demand requesting the permission from the Government of Nepal.
